Public website privacy
The theme is designed without external analytics, advertising pixels, social widgets, remote fonts, or third-party form processors. WordPress, the active hosting environment, email delivery, security tools, or site-owner configuration may still process technical information according to their own settings.
Inquiry information
The contact form collects the information a visitor submits, such as name, work email, company, role, workflow, desired outcome, timing, and consent. The theme stores inquiries as private WordPress records and can email a configured recipient using WordPress core mail functions.
- Use inquiry data to review and respond to the request.
- Do not intentionally sell inquiry data.
- Limit access to authorized administrators.
- Configure retention and deletion according to organizational and legal requirements.
- Do not submit sensitive client or personal data through the public form.
Technical safeguards
The form uses WordPress nonces, input sanitization, a honeypot, rate limiting based on a salted one-way network identifier, and server-side validation. No public website can guarantee absolute security; suspected issues should be reported promptly through the configured contact channel.
