Knowledge assurance

Enterprise Knowledge and Retrieval Systems

Verified knowledge resolution—not another chatbot.

Intelligence724 builds governed enterprise knowledge services in which source authority, permissions, freshness, evidence, citation quality, abstention, correction, evaluation, and operations are designed as one system.

Typical buyers

CIO/CTO · Chief knowledge officer · Support leader · Operations leader · Security and privacy

What changes

01

Source and authority register

02

Identity-aware retrieval and citation design

03

Search-first, centralized, federated, or hybrid architecture

04

Client-owned benchmark and adversarial test set

05

Content correction, freshness, monitoring, and incident operations

Authority before similarity

Search relevance does not decide whether a source is controlling. Business owners define authority, jurisdiction, effective dates, lifecycle status, and access policy before content becomes eligible to support an answer.

Evidence before prose

The system retrieves authorized evidence, checks answerability, and then optionally uses generation for synthesis. Exact lookup, calculations, entitlements, rules, approvals, and system-of-record writes stay deterministic.

Answer states

State Behavior
Grounded Answer with claim-level citations.
Partially grounded Supported facts shown; unsupported material omitted or labeled.
Conflicting evidence Applicable sources and scope shown without inventing a resolution.
Insufficient evidence Abstain, return search results, or escalate.

Default pilot gates

  • Zero cross-entitlement or cross-tenant disclosure.
  • High citation precision and material-claim coverage.
  • Correct abstention on missing, conflicting, prohibited, and inaccessible evidence.
  • Reliable handling of superseded content and revocation.
  • Measured improvement in task time, resolution quality, or escalation burden.

Questions about this service

Is this just RAG?

No. RAG is one technical pattern. Knowledge assurance also includes source ownership, authority, access, freshness, citation quality, correction, evaluation, operations, and incident response.

Should long context windows replace retrieval?

No. Selective retrieval, source authority, authorization, and evidence packaging remain necessary.

Can the pilot write back to enterprise systems?

The recommended first pilot is read-only. Writes are introduced later through separately authorized workflow controls.

Start with evidence

Is this the right capability for one process?

Name the workflow, desired outcome, accountable owner, available evidence, and decision deadline. We will determine whether a focused diagnostic is responsible and commercially useful.
