Responsible use

Responsible AI and Use Boundaries

Human accountability, bounded authority, minimum necessary data.

Intelligence724 designs and implements machine-intelligence systems with explicit ownership, data authority, human oversight, permission limits, monitoring, and stop conditions, and declines uses that cannot be controlled responsibly.

Responsible-use boundary

Intelligence724 supports lawful, accountable, privacy-conscious business uses of machine intelligence. The practice does not build systems intended to bypass oversight, conceal automated decision-making, enable unlawful discrimination, expose confidential information, or grant unbounded authority to probabilistic models.

Standard no-go categories

  • Unlawful surveillance, discrimination, deception, impersonation, or rights-infringing processing
  • Autonomous final decisions affecting employment, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare, education, benefits, or legal rights without separate qualified governance and legal approval
  • Unrestricted shell, database-administrator, cloud-administrator, identity-administrator, or financial authority for an AI agent
  • Safety-critical physical control without a validated control system and specialized assurance
  • Use of client, personal, privileged, regulated, or confidential data without authority, minimization, and protection
  • Requests to certify a predetermined answer or hide material limitations
  • Systems designed to evade policy, audit, security, or legal review

Data principles

  • Collect and process only what the defined purpose requires.
  • Keep authority and access controls outside the model.
  • Separate user identity, service identity, and delegated authority.
  • Do not put credentials or secret material into prompts or model memory.
  • Define retention, deletion, logging, and incident obligations for prompts, outputs, traces, and evaluation data.
  • Preserve a safe manual or deterministic fallback for material workflows.

Answers

Frequently asked questions

Will Intelligence724 build fully autonomous digital employees?

No. The standard offer uses bounded workflow participation with explicit permissions, approval gates, budgets, monitoring, and rollback.

Can AI make high-impact decisions?

AI may support analysis in carefully governed contexts, but final authority, legal classification, human review, recourse, and specialized assurance must be established separately.

What happens when a material risk cannot be controlled?

The use is narrowed, converted to assistive mode, deferred, replaced with a non-AI method, or stopped.

Start with evidence

Bring one real process decision.

Name the workflow, desired outcome, accountable owner, available evidence, and decision deadline. We will determine whether a focused diagnostic is responsible and commercially useful.
